Does Fortect Have Phone Support?
Looking for the Fortect phone number?
TDLR: We don’t currently offer phone support.
If you came to this page looking for a phone number to call Fortect, please read the important warning below.
⚠️ Important: Fortect will never call you
Fortect does not operate a call center, make outbound calls to customers, or provide phone numbers for billing, activation, or any kind of support. All communication with Fortect happens through email 24/7.
If someone calls you claiming to be from Fortect – it is a scam.
Here’s how typical call center scam plays out:
- A caller claims to be from a some known security company.
- They may say your account is about to be charged, your subscription needs “phone activation,” or there’s a problem with your computer
- They ask for remote access to your PC
- Once connected, they try to show you fake problems
- Will ask for credit card to put on you on a subscription to help solve all the fake problems they “found”
Similarly, if you download what you believe is Fortect and see a pop-up telling you to call a number to activate it, that is NOT us. Fortect is activated within the app itself. No phone call is ever required.
What to do if you received a suspicious call or pop-up
- Hang up or close the pop-up immediately
- Do not share personal, payment, or account information
- Do not allow remote access to your computer
- Block the phone number
- If you already gave remote access, run a full antivirus scan and change your passwords
- Report it to us at [email protected]. Include the phone number that called you, any screenshots, and the website where you downloaded the software
How Fortect actually communicates with you
- Email only, from addresses ending in @fortect.com
- Activation instructions arrives to your email and on confirmation page.
- Activation happens only within our apps.
- Support tickets are handled entirely through email replies
Where to buy Fortect safely

Charged by a name you don’t recognize? If your bank statement shows a charge for “Fortect” from an unfamiliar merchant name, contact us: you may have been scammed by an impersonator, and you should also dispute the charge with your bank.
