The My Account dashboard helps you manage login details, monitor connected devices, and safeguard your personal information. 

With real-time visibility, you can ensure your account remains protected at all times. 

How to Log in to Your Fortect Account 

1. Go to http://account.fortect.com/. 

2. On the login page, enter your email address and password, then click Log in to access your account. 

The dashboard will appear after a successful login. 

How to Reset Your Fortect Password 

1. To reset your password, click the Forgot password? on the login page. 

2. Enter your email address and click the Reset Password button. A link to reset your password will be sent to your email. If you need further assistance, you may also contact support. 

3. Enter the 6-digit code that was sent to your email address, then click Confirm. If you don’t see the email, be sure to check your spam or junk folder. If you need further assistance, you may also contact support. 

How to Change Your Fortect Password 

1. On the dashboard, go to My Account. 

2. On the My Account section, click the Change Password link. 

3. Click Get Confirmation Code and follow the instructions sent to your email to create a new Fortect account password. 

4. Enter the 6-digit code that was sent to your email address, then click Confirm. If you don’t see the email, be sure to check your spam or junk folder. If you need further assistance, you may also contact support. 

How to Change the Email Address on Your Fortect Account 

1. On the dashboard, go to My Account. 

2. On the My Account section, click the Change Email link. 

3. Enter a new email and confirm, then click Change Email to continue. 

To secure your account and receive important updates, make sure you’re using a valid email address. 

4. Enter the 6-digit code that was sent to your email address, then click Confirm. If you don’t see the email, be sure to check your spam or junk folder. If you need further assistance, you may also contact support.
